Why I love it: Four Mile Creek is the moodiest of the Webster locations: a creek-carved ravine with several overlook points, plus boardwalks and bridges built by local Eagle Scouts that give you a distinctive, structured foreground you won't find at the flatter parks. It rewards a little more walking with a much more dramatic backdrop.

Best for: Adventurous couples, pets, nature portraits, anyone wanting something more rugged than a typical park session.

Light & timing: Wooded and shaded for most of the day, which makes it a solid midday option when other locations are too harsh. Morning light through the canopy is especially nice.

Logistics: Parking at 160 Phillips Road, at the corner of Phillips and Lake Roads. Four trails total; the Blue and Red loop runs about 1.9 miles with several scenic overlooks.

Accessibility: Natural dirt trails, moderately challenging, can be muddy and slippery after rain. Not suitable for limited mobility.

Pro tip: Bring backup footwear. The trails are genuinely dirt, not gravel, and can get slick. The boardwalk and bridge crossings make for some of the most distinctive frames in the whole guide, so it's worth the extra walking.
