Frequently Asked Questions
Booking & Scheduling

You can get started by filling out the contact form on my website. I’ll follow up to learn more about your goals, share availability, and help you choose the right session type.

If the forecast isn’t looking good or life gets in the way, we’ll reschedule your session at no additional charge. I want you to feel relaxed and ready, not rushed or stressed.
Before the Session
